4) Upload Image & Design Approval

After upload, our designers will send you:

A digital preview of your Spectra Hueprint for approval before anything is printed or framed

Don’t love it? Cancel anytime before approval for a full refund.

5) Delivery

Once you approve your artwork:

Digital files delivered same-day via email
Art Print and Framed Gift Sets dispatched within 3-7 working days (precisely calculated at checkout)
Custom Acrylics require a bespoke consultation process and vary on design complexity.

Every order is carefully packaged and protected, with tracking available.

6) What to Expect When It Arrives

What if I don’t like my preview?

No problem - you’ll receive a free preview before we print. If you don’t love it, you can cancel your order. 100% risk-free.

Can I use a phone photo?

Yes! Spectra Hueprints are designed to work beautifully with everyday photos - including those taken on iPhone, Android, or fancy cameras that shoot in RAW.

How long does it take to arrive?

Digital previews are usually sent the same day (we still design them by hand!). Printed and framed Hueprints are delivered within 3-7 working days (but calculated precisely at checkout based on your location)

What size are the final prints?

Digital files are high-resolution and printable up to A1. Our printed Hueprints are produced on museum-grade paper and framed formats are ready to hang from A4 to A1. Custom Acrylic Prints can be any size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the UK, EU, and USA.

Printed and framed orders are shipped with tracking from high-quality local printing houses
Delivery times vary by region (typically 3-7 business days) but are calculated precisely at checkout
